if there’s one thing breaking my leg has taught me, it’s that you really do need two legs to cook 😅 but i’m beaming at the thought of getting back to it !!

with each day I can feel myself regaining strength and it’s made me more excited than ever to cook again for people! here’s some highlights i’ve had cooking some delish meals whilst private cheffing, at supperclubs, abroad and at retreats!

there’s ALWAYS room for dessert 🍯 @odysea_ltd
• these are my insanely good crispy fried donut balls, known as loukoumades, they are heavenly, drizzled with @odysea_ltd spring blossom honey and drenched in an orange blossom syrup (which was so floral i was obsessed!!) I served with them a whipped honey crème fraîche and chopped pistachios 🤩

they are normally served with a honey syrup and I first had them when I was 13 when I went to crete and I haven’t stopped thinking about them since…when I made these for my clients in corfu I knew I had to put them on my supperclub menu and boy oh boy, they did not disappoint! they are actually super easy to make, so long as you can keep your cool frying, you’ve got a new dessert to try😋
