Without exaggeration - Vv Pete is the future. Over the past 3 years Vv Pete defined her place as a one-of-a-kind, infectious, and vital face of Australia’s new wave of rap via global club music. The Sudanese Australian artist has made waves with her singles Bussit, Frauds , Jordan1s & Bacardi Papi solidifying themselves as instant classics, played across family cultural events and fashion week alike. Her Frauds remix EP Frauds (Reworked) (Trackwork, 2023) featured remixes from a diverse selection of club music heavy-hitters including Strict Face, DJ Plead, with Mall Grab’s contribution charting on Shazam & iTunes in Germany. The follow up remix EP of her 2024 single Mashallah includes collaborations with the likes of DJ/producer Clementaum from Brazil and left-feld rap producer Brodinski (FR), whilst releasing heartbeat
with prominent Berlin-based club music producer/DJ Logic1000, and UK electronic producer Effy’s Jordan1s remix featuring in multiple Boiler Room sets globally.

Vv Pete has already begun drafting her “Varvie Army”, while hyping crowds supporting Jay1 (UK) and Denzel Curry (US) on their national AU tours, presenting her very own headline show for Vivid Live at Sydney Opera House, playing Mardi Gras parties, Phoenix Central Park, Listen Out Festival across all four cities sharing lineups with Ice Spice & Coi Leray, and being featured on a billboard in Times Square NY for Spotify’s EQUAL. With recent performances at Promiseland, Mode Festival and Beyond the Valley as well as her debut mixtape on the horizon Vv Pete isn’t running, she’s sprinting.

Started DJing at the age of 18 in his hometown Sendai. Since then, he has been active for over 20 years as a resident DJ and organizer of the outdoor festival “The Labyrinth.” His style is characterized by smooth, steady mixing and carefully constructed storytelling that gradually builds intensity, a technique he has refined over many years.
In 2016, he played at Nachtdigital in Germany, where his set gained attention and led to increasing recognition overseas. Since then

@whole.festival 2026 was a special one. 🫂

Thanks to so many of you contributing to my little fundraiser, I was able to capture some very special moments, beautiful people and the loooovely ✨ vibe ✨ of the festival. Forever grateful! 🫶🏻

The best part was that I got to connect with so many folks through my little point and shoot. I had cute chats and shot some nice portraits. It felt great. I was truly in my element – balancing a camera, a gin&tonic and a bottle of poppers in one hand while I changed film rolls with the other. (muscle memory!) 💅🏻
I loved how this year’s photos turned out - the long exposure mode of my mju2 gave it this fun 2000ies party photographer vibe, which I’m digging. Shooting so intensively kinda reminded me of how I started all of this – my 💫 creative journey 💫. More than ten years ago, taking pics on the dancefloor of rhinoplasty. Close up, in the moment, not just as a photographer but as a “participant” aka dancer. I always loved to move and capture the joy and energy of a dancefloor. Once a partyboy, always a partyboy, I guess. 🤠
