Sun’s finally out ☀️

After a week of rain and snow, the flying community was happy to meet up this morning for some sweet laps in the sunshine.
Despite the freezing temperatures, the stoke was keeping us all warm, the air was smooth, the high-fives were flying and there wasn’t a soul without a smile!

Remember that you can support your local flying community simply by stopping by to say “Hi!”.

P.S. We hear your honks and we appreciate ya!

Such a sick morning. First time flying from a line I look at everyday from my house. I skated over to the LZ from home, met the homies and bushwhacked straight up the mountain. Surfing over a golden sea of aspen trees will never get old. What a way to explore where we live! Blessed is an understatement 🤩. Now off to 🇲🇽 tmr to go try a different form of surfing on the wind 💨. #eastvailgang #sashimigang #speedflying

Local love 🫶🏼

Bellyache Ridge is definitely our most popular launch site in the valley.
Situated on a perch between Edwards and Wolcott, this site offers incredible views of the valley from east to west and is the best place for visitors to go for tandem flights. You can also catch the local pilots flying here most every day of the week!

This is just a small piece of our New Zealand journey.

While hunkering down through a cyclone, Eric and I stumbled upon what felt like a sleepy surfer’s dream. When the storm finally cleared, it revealed an incredible stretch of coastline—towering sand dunes, endless beach, and a landscape that looked almost too perfect to be real.

The catch? Access. High tides guarded the route, and with our wind window closing faster than expected, we knew we had to make a push down the beach in more water and tougher conditions than we had hoped for.

In the end, we may not have found the soaring session we had imagined, but that hardly mattered. The mission itself—the challenge of reaching and unlocking this remote spot—is something neither of us will forget.

Between the unforgettable sunrises, wild horses roaming the coastline, and the incredible hospitality of the local community, this place left us with memories that will last a lifetime.

Thanks for traveling halfway around the world to chase this one down with me, Eric. What a mission.

Snowboard season is in full swing and the boys are back up to the usual shenanigans!!
Every year I’m even more grateful to get to do the thongs i love while surrounded by the people I love.
If you want to get tattooed or snowboard this coming year hit me up.
Im trying to surround myself with people that are meaningful to me and have experiences that enrich my life.

It was a wild first day. The last clip says it all. Murphy’s Law was in full effect. We made it through and got some amazing runs in by the end.

We are so back.
