Oh what a summer! 🌞✨

When I took the leap to move to London all on my own, one of the things I told myself is that I wanted to have as many experiences as possible!

Why you might ask?

Because losing both my parents in my 20s made me realise that life is too short to not live it FULLY everyday (not just waiting until you go on holiday a few times a year). So since moving to London I’ve done just that.

Of course it hasn’t only been rainbows and sunshine, but I’m incredibly grateful that after almost 2 years in London I’ve been fortunate enough to have had so many incredible experiences and have made so many dreams a reality 💫. I’ve made wonderful memories, connections & very special friendships ❤️‍🔥

So here are some summer highlights that to me represent having experiences and living life ✨FULLY✨:

🦄 Getting invited to @wellnergy festival
🌞 My first time experiencing the Summer Solstice at Stone Henge with the kindest souls
🎙️ Recorded my 2nd & 3rd Podcast interview for the @holisticherpod
🌳 Lots of park picnics in the sunshine with friends & solo
🎵 Dancing my heart out at @rufusdusol & @realblackcoffee with my girls
🥰 Reuniting with my auntie in London
💚 2 amazing @move.meet ambassador meetups and co-hosted 2 events: Padel 🎾 & F45 🏋️‍♀️
🛶 Tried new activities in London
🇯🇲 First time at Notting Hill Carnival with a group that brought all the vibes ✨

2024 has been a memorable year. Biggest highlight was definitely doing the London Marathon in April. I've always run to maintain my health and ran long distance to strengthen both my mind and body, so it was good to do 3 races this year and spend dedicated time following a training plan.

I still have many goals that I want to achieve, so it's all about keeping the momentum up. I'm not a big believer in new year's resolutions, as any change that you truly want to make can happen at anytime if you have a plan and put it into action.

The road ahead is never smooth, but just know that nothing is in your way but on your way, so keep looking for the lessons in every situation! #MESSAGE 💯📬

Happy 2025 people! 💯🎉🙏🏿❤️
