Fucked up but still got some numbers up. Under my meet PRs but BW is down. Massive thank you to @highhamstringz and @thehulkmeyers for the handling and the insights . Was fun being around everyone from @joesgymsa at one meet. Got some serious work to do to dig deeper and bounce back. Lots of lessons learned.

Tired. Difficult prep this time but we’re at the end now. We bounced back enough and it was a good learning experience.

Recorded EVERY single exercise this week just for perspective. Only slightly trailing behind previous prep numbers but with everything that has been going on, really happy about it.

@the_sheriff_lifts ‘s shoulder rehab process and weaning off protocol for the bench blocks must be studied 📝 Today’s session was one for the books. AND…we didn’t lose our balance on BSS finally. Prime coming??

First time in months where externals have lined up with a sense of normalcy. Guess we gotta sign up for the meet for real now.

So stoked about bench and my shoulder finally letting me do the thing without pain. Bodyweight also finally decided to start moving up.
