Awesome lower session with @izzielusted.pt at the new @trans4ormstandish

Was great to play around with some of the kit that will be in @epjungle soon.

I do love a session when you have a very loose structure on what you are going to do and you just have fun.

Full session
- seated leg curl
- standing calf raise
- glute drive
- kickback machine
- adductor
- leg press

Finally back to 100kg.

And to be honest it’s been a piece of cake.

Training 4 sessions x a week (upper/lower) with @jakehayden_coaching
Eating 5k kcals
2 x 20 mins cardio
10 mins (minimum) meditation daily
60 mins outdoor time daily
Daily laughs with @izzielusted.pt, @jakehayden_coaching & @amesjourneyy

Instead of trying to be perfect all the time I have just focused on making progress and controlling what I can control.

I believe with this outlook I will surpass my heaviest and still be in reasonable condition.

Let’s keep having fun @callum_precisioncoach

WEEKS 7, 8 & 9 - SHOOT PREP 🖤

A little catch-up because we’re back from holiday and it’s officially time to lock back in 👀

15 weeks until shoot day and we’re getting back into the deficit properly, with calories now sitting at 1,600 on NTDs and 1,700 on TDs.

After a week away, eating freely and enjoying myself, this first week back is all about getting back into routine, finding my rhythm again and nailing every single thing.

Training, nutrition, steps, cardio, sleep… everything needs to be on point if we want to get the most out of these next 15 weeks.

I’ve enjoyed the break, but now it’s time to get back to work. 🫡

Time to GRIND.

The biggest take home from the Chris Williamson event on Wednesday was make sure you pay attention and enjoy the small things in life.

Saturdays for me are training, dog walks and then quality time with friends and family.

So this weekend
- trained legs with @izzielusted.pt
- dog walk
- sushi
- pro show and catch up with @callum_precisioncoach

Can’t beat weekends like this

Last night was awesome.

The takeaway message for me was: “Stop waiting and just do it” and enjoy the simple things in life.

So many people, myself included, stop themselves from doing things they want to do out of fear or fear of judgement.

We can also become so focused on the life we’re trying to build that we forget to pay attention to the little things that bring us happiness.

It’s always great to attend events like this, as they can give you the reality check you need.

I am very lucky.

I have a group of friends who I can sit down with and chat shit.

One of my top values is conversation. I love having discussions, debating and hearing other people’s points of view on everything and anything.

In a world where everyone is glued to a screen, being present with people who can make time fly is something I’ll never take for granted.

Lower at @s20sheffield yesterday.

Great to catch up with @vicky_buckley_bb_athlete and help her with a few exercises.

Very productive lower session, simple and effective.

Rodgers leg press was fantastic, first time using it and I am a huge fan.

PB on smith machine hip thrust, I can’t wait for the new one coming to @epjungle as you don’t have to use as many plates, which is a huge benefit.

Full session
- Seated leg curl 3 sets
- Standing calf raise 1 set (myo)
- Hip thrust 2 sets
- Leg ext 1 set (myo)
- Leg press 2 sets
