As someone whose goal is to create a safe space for women I feel the need to address this…

The importance of female friendships is more vital now than ever before.

The world we live in is a very scary place especially for women and girls at the moment. For the last few weeks every-time I open social media it feels like a very heavy and dark space, if it’s not the media pushing to make us smaller physically it’s the media and systems in place making us feel small through their views on violence against women, sexual assault and our healthcare.

Stick together, we need it more than ever in this moment💖
