#HOPTOBER DAY 12 ‼️🐇👻

Easy bounce warm ups are my favorite….skipping is a fun and feel good movement for me and I love the ESD component.

I did the skipping series for 3mins straight because…why not? Try it as a warm up or finisher 👻🐇🥵

HopTober continues‼️

Barefoot = easy bounce day 🐾🦶
Building volume this week, which means MORE plyo play! The goal is quality contacts, reactive feet, and having fun with it 👻

Quad cramp hit during set 2 of gallops…Blaming the travel, dehydration, and one too many coffees 😆☕️

See ya tomorrow ✌️🦶

Movement is supposed to be challenging AND fun.

It’s okay to laugh at yourself. I stopped practicing yoga since my move to LA - because honestly I have not found a studio I enjoyed yet! Clearly my pretzel self is missing it. 🥨😂🦎🧘‍♀️

@caroaubry I will be as elegant as you one day 🌊
