I don’t even know where to start with this but volleyball, thank you for being the constant in my life since I was 8 years old. It’s hard to put into words how much this sport has meant to me and how hard it is to say goodbye to something that has been such a big part of who I am. From late night high school games and laughing until we cried in the locker room to early morning travel tournaments, long car rides, and memories I wish I could relive a thousand times, volleyball has given me more than I could have ever imagined. It gave me the best memories, my best friends, and a second family. I’m beyond thankful for every teammate, coach, and person who has been apart of my journey and helped shape me into the player I am today. To my parents, thank you for every late night, early morning, long drive, sacrifice, and dollar spent to give me the opportunity to do what I love. I’ll never be able to thank you enough for everything you’ve done for me. As I close this chapter of playing for Nottoway High School, I know I’m going to miss it more than words could ever explain. If I could go back in time to my 6th grade self trying out for middle school in the spring, as COVID was still going on I would just tell her to take it all in and just enjoy it because it goes by SO fast. Volleyball has taught me so much more than just a game. It’s taught me about hard work, teamwork, and what it means to be part of something bigger than myself. A piece of me will always belong to volleyball, and I’ll forever be thankful that I got to call volleyball such a big part of my life. I pray that volleyball brings the same happiness to others as it did for me.❤️

God, Junior year is over already.
-
This year was honestly one of the best, and thats because I have you guys. You’ve made life unbelievably easier and I’m so lucky to have some of the world’s purest souls to call my friends.
-
I can’t believe that my seniors are leaving, I couldn’t be more proud of them. I love them endlessly and I know they’ll all do great things. I could add a hundred more pictures, I could say a thousand more words, but none of it will be enough to express my gratitude and love for these people. (Including the ones not pictured)
