Dec - May From the tail end of Powerlifting Prep to 9 weeks out from my show! Watching my physique change as our focus and goal has also changed is a pretty dope feeling! But even beyond the two sports, training for my show has given me a renewed love of training and digging deeper for those last reps. With Powerlifting we train to push peak performance while maintaining confidence in the big three (SBD). Whereas bodybuilding has reminded me that I probably often have more in me and it’s okay and almost expected to push to that 102% and wheels fall off. Here for this journey.
