I don't know that I've had time to process just how amazing this trip was. It was an absolute whirlwind but I am SO glad that I got to visit so many of my kids (some who are and aren't pictured) on this trip 🥹

Without further ado, here are just a few clips from:
- London 🇬🇧
- Amsterdam 🇳🇱
- Stuttgart 🇩🇪
- Paris 🇫🇷

I love each one of them so much....feeling like a proud mom LOL 🫶🤍

LOVED having some of our beautiful alumni in town to visit! There’s nothing like seeing them thriving in their new schools (Angelina-Dutch National Ballet Academy, Izzy and Anjali-Royal Ballet School) and them coming back to inspire the next generation and spend time with us and each other! Truly the best moments! We are rooting for you all-have the best year!! Til next time!

That feeling when you’re “in the zone”… where nothing else matters.

You’re not thinking about the last mistake.
You’re not worrying about the outcome.

You’re just fully present—locked into the moment and enjoying the performance.

That’s where peak performance happens.

But here’s the truth: it’s not random, and it’s not luck.
It’s a mental skill!

Learning how to focus your attention, quiet distractions, and stay present under pressure is something you can train.

And when you do, you don’t just hope to get “in the zone”… you know how to get yourself there.

Schedule your FREE initial evaluation today - it's time to start your training! ❤️

Growth isn’t something that just happens—it’s something you choose.

It’s choosing to show up.
Choosing to push a little more.
Choosing to get better, even when it’s not easy or immediate. 🤍

A growth mindset means you’re always building—your skills, your confidence, your resilience.

Stay focused on progress, not perfection.
Because the athletes who keep growing are the ones who keep going. 🙌🏼

Big dreams are won in the small moments 👏🏼

The way you talk to yourself. The habits you repeat daily. The mindset you train when no one’s watching. 👀

Mental performance coaching isn’t “extra”—it’s the edge that turns effort into results. Stay consistent. Stay locked in. 🔥

Check out our website to schedule your FREE evaluation & see how mental performance coaching can help you turn your dreams into reality ❤️

We don’t rise to our standards when others are watching—we fall to the standards we hold when no one is watching.

The work that matters most is the work no one sees. 👀

That’s why serious athletes invest in mental performance coaching—because confidence, focus, and composure are built long before performance day! 🔥
