Getting PBT certified and loving every second of it! 🫶🏻✨

My sister has been my practice student for my assessments (shoutout to her for always helping me practice my teaching skills!) @izzy_the_dancer_88 , and it’s been amazing to see how these techniques help build strength, and control for dancers.

I’ve been taking so many classes, courses, and learning so many new teaching skills lately. I can’t wait to start incorporating PBT into my coaching + training and working with more dancers and studios! If you’re looking to improve technique and build a stronger foundation, let’s chat. 💬

📩 DM me if you’re interested in bringing PBT to your training or studio!
