This series: ‘In my mind’ developed around the concept of sitting on the precipice between loss and love. On the edge of a dark forest and a bright, open field. It explores the desire to be seen and appreciated fully, whilst still maintaining a sense of mystery.

The evolution that occurs through raw expression and vulnerability is one that can lead to totally unexpected worlds. The process of stepping into a new space or phase with an open heart and mind can feel risky, exciting, tender and precious. It’s a time to be nurtured.

The pieces of our past will always inform our present, and can never be completely unmasked to an observer. There is always at least some aspect of filtering that occurs between us all. All of our stories are intricate, and our perspectives will forever remain unique.
