Celebrating AAPI voices, leadership, creativity, and community at the US Open. 🎾✨

TokkiTennis was proud to attend the AAPI Amplified Talks—an inspiring gathering featuring an outstanding panel with Richard Lui, Kim Shui, Simon Kim, and Sendhil Ramamurthy.

We also had the opportunity to meet and celebrate current and past recipients of the AAPITA Emerging Leadership Program and the next generation of leaders making an impact across their industries and communities.

From meaningful conversations and new connections to time with friends and some incredible food, it was a special evening celebrating the strength and diversity of the AAPI community.

Thank you to the US Open, AAPITA, the remarkable panelists and everyone who helped bring this memorable event together including @samcrawford18

We’re grateful to have shared the experience with such an inspiring community. 💙

An amazing and inspiring few weeks at the Open with @aapitennisassociation 🎾

Feel very blessed and proud to be a mentor for the next generation coming up through AAPITA’s Emerging Leaders Mentorship Program.

Multiple cohorts were able to attend and experience the Open this year at the annual AAPI Amplified Equity Brunch and panel. Also had the honor of doing a quarterfinal match coin toss with one of our mentees @christinalitennis0419 on Ashe.

Such special moments - can’t wait for next year!! 💛

@aapitennisassociation invited our player, @izzynguyen22, to attend the AAPI Amplified Equality Talk, part of the Be Open initiatives by the US Open!

As Vietnamese immigrants working to bring Vietnamese coffee and culture to the U.S., this opportunity meant so much more to us than simply attending an event. Being surrounded by the AAPI community in a space where our stories, cultures, and experiences were celebrated made us feel seen, heard, and represented. It was a reminder of how powerful it is to have spaces where Asian Americans can come together, share our experiences, and be proud of the cultures that shaped us.

We’re incredibly grateful to be part of a community that continues to amplify AAPI voices and create a greater sense of belonging. It has also been a pleasure meeting everyone who supports and belongs to this community! ☕️

A very big thank you to @king.vania, @samcrawford18, @usta, @usopen for putting this amazing event together! Another big thanks to @aapitennisassociation for the mentorship program!

Be good at tennis, but be even better at remembering why it matters. That’s a lesson I can’t teach with a racket, but I can teach with a Saturday at Harvard Park.

On non-tournament Saturdays, we trade our tennis bubble for a bigger picture:

This last weekend we collaborated with @ustafoundation and @realizethedreammovement

This sport means a lot. But it means even more when you can pass it on.
