Our first open mat! 💕🌟 So proud of everyone today stepping out of their comfort zone to connect and train with women from other gyms and to learn from and support each other. Hopefully this is the first of many!

Thanks again to @bonestorquay and @kimtran.mma for hosting our inaugural event! 🤼‍♀️

Another incredible afternoon spent with the Redcat Gals for Ladies Day! As always, it’s such a pleasure spending time on the mats together - building connections, sharing laughs, and learning techniques.

It can’t be overstated how proud we are of this group of women, or how special it is to see so many of them on the mat together - and this isn’t even all of them!

We’re hoping to have our whole cohort of women on the mat together later in the year for our Winter and Spring Ladies Days.

When the culture on the mats is right, it shows - and it looks a lot like this! 🩸🐈‍⬛🥋❤️

You know when you meet a group of people who don’t need you to be anyone but yourself, and it just feels so comfy to be around them… and you feel loved and valued and supported? I do. These women are the tits and I love them ♥️

Another super fun afternoon with our @redcatbjj Girls! Spent the last Ladies Day for 2025 diving into some awesome anaconda, darce, and marce details! It’s incredible having so many amazing women on the mat, and such a pleasure watching you all grow, thrive, and push your limits. Your tenacity and resilience inspire us every day - we love to see it! 🔥
