Bloopin is the best part!

Polished and curated is overrated.

This is your reminder to be silly and let yourself be seen!

♻️✨️ [SHARE] this with someone who needs a laugh!

This is all for them. @women.r.i.s.e ❤️

For the boss ladies.
The rule-breakers.
The big personalities.
The single ladies building their own life.
The moms building businesses between school drop-offs and bedtime.
The women leaving corporate jobs to start their big DREAM.

For the women starting over.
The survivors.

For the women with BIG visions.
… who take take big risks.

For the women who were told they were too much. Too loud. Too ambitious. Too different.

And the women who spent years believing they weren’t enough.

For the ones who have been bullied, underestimated, overlooked, left out, or made to feel like there wasn’t a seat for them at the table.

For the women building businesses and lives … their own way.

I do it for THEM.

And that’s why we do Women R.I.S.E. the way we do.

We pass the mic. We put different women at the front of the room. We create space to connect deeper, share what we’re building, ask for what we need, and make introductions that can move someone forward.

We connect beyond the surface.
We celebrate each other.🙌

And yes… we dance. Because building a business is hard enough. It gets to be FUN, too.

Even though I started @women.r.i.s.e, this has always been about what happens when the right women get in the room together and the magic that happens WITH THEM.

I do it for them. And we build it together. ❤️

✅ Join us in LESS THAN 24 HOURS for our signature @women.r.i.s.e networking event tomorrow at our new home….

💖5:30-8:30pm at East & Co.!

There was a time I really didn't think I could make my mission and purpose happen.

A time when friendships felt draining and I didn't feel supported.

There was also a time where I didn't trust the universe or my body.

My 30s gave me so much & I really did the deeper shadow work, awakening, emotional resilience building, and body recalibration.

I am entering my 40s with so much more gratitude, trust, ease, grace, integrity, and POWER.

I am really READY to shine unapologetically and make my dreams come true- dreams that really are our collective vision for a healthier, more vibrant Earth.

THANK YOU truly to those close to me who have shown up for me rooting for me in reciprocity and unconditional love. It means the world. Literally 🤣

And thank you for those following me- I really hope to keep bringing you inspiration and connection to your inner goofball AND the divine spirit you truly are so you can share that with the world even more 🌹💕🌿

My prayer this birthday is that I continue to expand my vitality, strength, and capacity so that I may be of highest service to humanity and the planet.

🙏🏼 I have lots of work to do and I need my body fully supported to make it through this next decade 🙏🏼

💬 Please share your prayers for me below. 🤍

Sending you so much love and gratitude 💕
