Dear Tennis,
I don’t think I realized how hard saying goodbye would be until I actually had to. It feels so weird knowing I won’t be putting on my uniform, grabbing my racket, and heading to another practice or meet. I’m going to miss the laughs, the bus rides, the long practices, cheering each other on, and all the little moments that I never thought I’d miss this much.

Being a senior makes everything feel so much more real. The last practice, the last meet, the last time stepping onto the court knowing I won’t be back next season. I wish I could go back and appreciate some of those moments a little more while I was living them.

Thank you, tennis, for being such a big part of my life for the past 5 years. Thank you for giving me so many memories, friendships, and a part of high school that I’ll never forget. Thank you to my coaches for believing in me and pushing me to become a better player and person. Thank you to my parents for always supporting me and believing in me, my doubles partner for always being there for me through every match and every challenge, and my teammates for making this experience so special. I’m so grateful I got to be a part of this team, and even though this chapter is over, I’ll always look back on it and be thankful.

Closing a chapter that I’ll never forget 🏀❤️

Thank you aau for everything you have done for me. I have made countless memories and friendships to last a lifetime. I would not be the player or person I am today without this program. Thank you to all my coaches who have shaped me into the player I am and thank you @wisconsin_lakers for bringing me some of my best friends. I’m beyond grateful for it all.
