CNats 2026 Recap: (better late than never) These are cute photos but this was a rough one 🫪 S: 155kg / 342 lbs B: 72.5 kg / 160 lbs D: 160kg / 353 lbs Missed my third attempts, went 6/9 I was both disappointed and happy I went. Totaled less than what I did at States and much less than in training, but it was a fun experience and most fun CNats experience with the team 🫶 Also I met Jen Thompson!! Battling some hip and hamstring injury, (still working on), and some external factors did not lead to the best meet. Overall glad I went and had such a supportive group with me to go. Thank you so much @dundeedoubleshot for helping me to raise funds to be able to go and experience this in NOLA 💙 I couldn’t have gone without you! Thank you so much @thegainsmanifesto for being an amazing coach dealing with my emotional roller coasters and 7 paragraph recaps sometimes. Thank you to my teammates @umichpowerlifting and specifically @ahmed._.lifts and @yazylifts for always being there for me. I love you @bars.barbell and thank you for keeping my spirits high despite the ups and downs, and being my biggest supporter. Unfortunately, I did decide to drop out of Raw Nats due to injury, (no deadlifts right now ❌), but I hope to be on the platform again for Michigan States in November! See you again then.

~COME WITH ME TO CNATS~ Progress takes time, but time passes anyways…Couldn’t be more thankful to have my family, my team @umichpowerlifting and my lovely coach @thegainsmanifesto pushing me and getting me to my first National Meet just after my first year of powerlifting!! ALSO I MET JEN THOMPOSON????? GUYS I ALMOST CRIED😭 Squat: 127.5 kg ⚪️⚪️⚪️ 142.5 kg 🔴⚪️⚪️ 147.5 kg 🔴⚪️🔴 Bench: 65 kg 🔴⚪️⚪️ 70kg 🔴⚪️⚪️ 72.5 kg 🔴⚪️⚪️ the left ref did NOT like my heel apparently Deadlift: 140 kg ⚪️⚪️⚪️ 155 kg ⚪️⚪️⚪️ 167.5 kg ⚪️⚪️⚪️ An 8/9 at my first national meet?? I call it 9/9 because that last deadlift PR was too easy🤪 Went over the RAWNats QT by 12.5kgs, and you know what? Izzy’s Jungle Panther Throwdown Meet Recap!! Izzy competed in her second meet EVER, increasing her meet total by 15kg! She went 8/9 and qualified for Collegiate Nationals! S: 120 kg B: 45 kg D: 125 kg Total: 290 kg This meet was perhaps an rpe 6-7 😏 and everything flew!! Excited to see what you can do at CNats! Congrats Izzy!
