Not going to overthink this one. Just want to share where my head’s at.

Things are quietly starting to fall into place for me. Not overnight, and not in some big highlight-reel moment. Just small wins stacking on top of each other. A client hitting something they didn’t think they could. A message from someone saying I changed how they see their body. Another day showing up when nobody was watching. More people starting to catch on to what @riserehabgroup is about.

For a long time, the vision only existed in my head. Late nights, early mornings, a lot of “trust me, it’ll make sense one day.” Now I’m watching it slowly come to life, and I can’t really explain the feeling other than there’s a fire in my gut that won’t switch off.

And honestly, it doesn’t feel like I’ve arrived anywhere. It feels like the start line. I haven’t even scratched the surface of what I’ve got to give.

Because this was never about building a business for the sake of it. I genuinely just want to help every person I can realise what their body is truly capable of. So many people have been told what they can’t do, or have quietly given up on what they could. Watching someone prove themselves wrong is the best feeling in the world, and I want to be part of that for as many people as I possibly can.

I’ve learnt that the compound effect is real. The work I did when it felt like nothing was happening is exactly what’s building the thing I’m proud of now.

There were plenty of times I felt like I was putting in and getting nothing back. I kept going anyway, and I’m so glad I did.

Grateful for every person who’s backed me so far. I’m only just getting started.

🩺 Bright scrubs. Big milestone.

After years of hard work, resilience and learning, our nursing students have completed the theory component of their degree and are heading into their final professional experience placement. 🎉

Congratulations to these future nurses as they take the next step in their nursing journey 👏
