Thank you Lord for my first getaway experience!

Pictures and videos can’t describe how truly life changing this weekend was! I was set free from the past and thoughts about myself! I saw so many chains broken off, so much community and heart for others and the Lord! Had such a fun time and a life changing experience! Met so many new friends and will forever cherish the moments spent together with my Colt cabin crew!

The weekend may be over but this experience will follow me for the rest of my life! I’m on fire for Jesus and I ready to continue growing in my faith! ❤️🙏🏻😊

How to break people from the habit of shooting with 2 hands :
- form shoot with one hand , put the non dominant hand behind your back (not in the video but how we started)

- have non dominant hand off the ball and mirroring the ball still shooting with one hand

- only put your non dominant palm on the ball (move back the more comfortable you get)

-fully put both hands back on the ball but fix the positioning of the hand.

Do every step until you are comfortable we were at this for about an hour and the improvement is easy as long as you don’t rush it or mind that you are staying at 1 step “too long”
