What a season… hard to believe that’s it’s already finished, felt like Sonoma was yesterday 😅. To say this year has been easy would be lying, but I couldn’t have enjoyed it anymore. A big thank you to every single person I worked with through the year, you guys make the early mornings and late nights worth it. Heres some fun photos and everyone tagged below are the people that make my job so amazing(there’s probably more I’m forgetting) . 2️⃣ races, 2️⃣ second place finishes! Not bad for only going into race 1 with 15 laps of practice, no testing, no qualifying, and no prior experience in a front-wheel drive car. I chased @jeff.ricca all the way in race 2, but he was just able to hold me off by 6 tenths of a second—still, it was a hell of a battle and I’m happy with how the weekend went. It was also a pleasure to represent @hyundaiusa and chat with some Nthusiasts @hyundai_n_worldwide who came out to support us! Their passion for the brand is second to none, and it was an honor to be part of a 1-2-3 Hyundai podium sweep in race 2. None of this would’ve been possible without @victorgonz and the work he’s been doing to support young Hispanic talent in racing—not just drivers, but mechanics, engineers, and others who are passionate about the sport. This is only the beginning of our mission, and I look forward to sharing more news with you all soon. Thanks again to @ricca_autosport for the rocket ship. Thanks as well to @j.doudt for the photos and @jacob_alec for coming out to support. ✌️✌️

Salut! @j.doudt here, wanting to share a portion of this journey through my photographic eyes. These photos, all taken in Italy, represent my inspiration and my willingness to experiment and create. I graduated from Ball State in May with a degree in Photojournalism, so I have lots of experience in many mediums of photography. For this post, I wanted to highlight black and white photography - a callback to the origins of the art. Within these pictures you may notice many techniques: silhouettes, Rembrandt triangles, long exposure, or high-key images (just to name a few). I practice the philosophy of “conscious photography,” which means to truly live and breathe your work. This experience has refreshed my eyes, given me new sights to behold, and forced me to adapt and adjust. Please enjoy these images, take them in like a breath of air, and truly let your eyes read each picture. Thank you, merci, grazie, hvala.
