šŸ–¤SWIPE TO CLEANSE YOUR TIMELINE WITH BROTHERS HEALINGšŸ–¤ Too many men suffer in silence and I want to do my part to end the silence, at least in my local community. Our first Coffee & Convos was just the beginningā€”weā€™re now calling it ā€œThe Check-In: A Brave Space for Men.ā€ If you missed the last one, hereā€™s your chance. Weā€™re closing out Menā€™s Mental Health Month tomorrow at @beatthegrindac with real conversations that matter and a space for men to feel seen and heard. Oh and the food here is amazing! Hit the link in my bio to register for free fellas or just pull up. You belong herešŸ«‚ Special s/o to @beatthegrindac for hosting us and providing men a space to have therapeutic conversations. Your obedience can be someone elseā€™s starting point towards healing. šŸ™šŸ¾ The first ā€œCoffee & Convosā€ Menā€™s gathering was a major success, but not because of the number of men in attendanceā€”it was because of the safe space we created together. When we show up for each other, we open the door for healing, growth, and connection. This is just the beginning. If you want to stay connected and get the details on the next meetup, along with everything else Iā€™m offering, make sure youā€™re subscribed to my newsletter. You wonā€™t want to miss whatā€™s coming.
