31 today.
And man… what a journey it’s been.

I’m beyond blessed. Not because everything has been perfect — but because I survived the imperfect. The good, the bad, the ups, the downs, the moments of doubt, the moments of faith, the moments I questioned myself, and the moments God reminded me who I am.

Basketball hasn’t always been pretty.
High school — solid, nothing special.
No college opportunity.
Plenty of times I wanted to walk away.
Plenty of nights I asked God “why me?”
But I kept showing up. Kept working. Kept believing when nothing around me made sense.

It’s truly a blessing to be able to spend Christmas, New Year’s, and my birthday in another country while doing what I love — playing the game that shaped me.

I also want to take a moment to thank everyone who believed in me — whether it was loud or in silence — because I know a lot of people didn’t. And that’s okay. Every supporter, every prayer, every encouraging word, and even the quiet belief that I never knew about… it all mattered. Thank you to everyone who’s been part of my journey through life itself, not just basketball. It’s all greatly appreciated, more than words can express.

This year isn’t about proving anything to anyone — it’s about gratitude, growth, faith, and continuing to walk in purpose. Still learning. Still evolving. Still grounded. Still hungry.

Thank you God for the lessons, the protection, the closed doors that redirected me, and the open doors I didn’t even feel ready for.

Here’s to Year 31 — steady faith, quiet confidence, and trusting the journey even when the path isn’t clear. 🙏🏾🌍🏀🇦🇲
