Years ago I was seeing someone who unintentionally made me feel less than because I hadn’t experienced much of this great big world. My humongous Irish family all live within 45 minutes of each other and that was all I knew. I remember in that moment of feeling inferior promising to myself to travel as much as I could, as often as I could. This promise was the best thing I’ve ever given to myself. I might not be jet setting every other week but whenever I do spread my wings and fly I come back feeling the most alive and the most grateful. The past two weeks from 🇬🇧- 🇮🇹- 🇨🇭- 🇫🇷 I got to see so much beauty and feel so much love. (The love of @itsjtroi & @bmastri was extra special ☺️) There is no greater gift you can give yourself than to push yourself out of your comfort zone and see how the rest of the world lives. I also come back feeling grateful for that same humongous Irish family that instilled in me what’s really important in life - family , friends & love.
