💜National Boss Day💜

Behind all the laughs, jokes, and funny moments is a leader, mentor, and coach who means so much so to our Team Moljo family. Thank you for everything you do, not just for our team, but for every member who walks through our doors. Your knowledge, passion, dedication, and love for what you do help make Team Moljo what it is today!

We’re grateful to learn from you, work alongside you, and be part of something you’ve built with so much heart. Of course, we also have to keep you humble and make sure you don’t take yourself too seriously!

Happy Boss’s Day, @j.moljo! We appreciate you more than you know. Here’s to the laughs, the lessons, and many more memories together!

Enjoy some highlights of @ccra_rowing team training at our facility!

We have been lucky enough to have them train at the facility and they have shown us nothing but respect, hard work, and tons of positive energy!

We wanted to share the highlights out of team training experience while also wishing them the best of luck in their upcoming races in the prestigious Head of the Charles event coming up!💜

Warming up properly is just as important as training properly!

* A proper warm-up helps you:

* Prepare your body for the demands of the workout

* Improve movement quality & technique

* Activate the muscles you actually want to use

* Get focused and ready to perform

* Set yourself up to move stronger and safer

The warm-up isn’t the part you skip so you can get to the “real workout.”

Take the extra few minutes. Move better. Lift better. Train better. 💪💜

What a month!💪

Another Team Moljo Strength & Conditioning Camp is officially in the books, and we couldn’t be more thankful for our group of student athletes

Throughout camp, these athletes showed up ready to work, pushed each other to improve, learned new skills, built confidence, and had a whole lot of fun along the way

To all of our campers — thank you for trusting us to be part of your athletic journey. Watching these athletes grow stronger, faster, and more confident is why we do what we do.
Keep building. Keep competing. Keep getting better.

See you at the next Team Moljo Camp!💜

Whether (or not) you have a "physical job", here is why training is (still) important for you.

Thank you for watching and listening

Giving another well-deserved shoutout to our campers!

Our student-athletes have been showing up with positive energy, displaying strength, and showing the ability to push when they are tired!

Everyday of camp gets better than the last!💜
