Wet Set Lashes - ALL SPIKES VERSION ✨ I remember when I first practiced this type of style, I attempted it on a whim on a new client… let’s just say, it was definitely an experience I will never forget nor ever want to happen again πŸ˜… I’ll save this story for another time. When wet sets were taking off, I had mixed reviews on how this style was achieved: some say it’s all spikes no fans and some say top two layers all spikes and only narrow fans on the bottom. πŸ€” Got me all a little confusion… just like how everyone’s interpretation of β€œwispy” lashes is different, I feel the same applies to wet sets. To me, wet sets mimic the look of a wet mascara or example when you cry and your lashes have that glossy wet look so to speak. Over this past year in practicing this style, I’ve definitely improved on placement and direction but I’m not 100% there yet, and that’s okay ☺️ I’ve grown to love the look of these sets even though they are tedious no matter if you did all spikes or include narrow fans; it’ll still turn out so so pretty! WE CAN IMAGINE ALL WE WANT, BUT IT’S GOING TO STAY A DREAM IF WE DON’T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I’m sorry, but it’s the hard truth! I’m all here for following your dreams, but one thing about it is you need to go GET IT! It’s not going to magically fall into your lap tomorrow. I learned this the hard way. I kept wanting different, but I didn’t move different. Until I finally made the choice to take my lash course. I hated asking people if I can get the weekend off for a mini getaway or just to have a nice little vacation with loved ones. I didn’t do anything about it & continued to have to ask for permission. Now that I have my own lash business, I don’t ask ANYONE if I can have the day off to take my son to Chuck E Cheese or go on a quick Disney trip with him. I’m able to go on his field trips & stay at home with him if he’s not feeling well. This is what I’m talking about! My work is flexible & I absolutely love it!!!!
