@mayhemclassic you were awesome.

This weekend, in what has now became like a second home to me, has me waking up extremely grateful. I had a very close friend text me Sunday morning “you’re getting like 5 blessings all at the same time.” I couldn’t agree more.

Thank you to the entire Mayhem family and to everyone who had a hand in making this event possible, and for allowing me to be a part of it. I loved every conversation and interaction I had all weekend. For as long as I’m involved in CrossFit, I will bleed only @mayhemathlete.

Zero excuses, I just didn’t have the gas to hang with the best for these two days. When the results don’t seem to align with the internal feeling of effort given, it stinks. But that’s sports. Time to flush it, strap up again, and give 100% of myself for at least the next few weeks and see what happens.

“And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.”

I wouldn’t be anything without those that support me. I owe them everything!

Grateful for this life, this season, this time for rest and recovery. Much love ❤️
