✨ Recurring Weekly Workouts ✨

Looking for workouts that happen every week? I got you! 💪🏽

Here’s a list of recurring fitness classes, run clubs, walking groups, and community workouts happening around Louisville every week. Whether you’re just getting started or already active, there’s something for everybody.

I’ll be posting updated weekly fitness events separately, so you’ll have one post for recurring workouts and another for special events happening each week.
Hope this helps you find your next workout!

Let’s make fitness more fun, more social, and way less intimidating. See y’all out there! 🫶🏽🏃🏽‍♀️🏋🏽‍♀️🤍

Jocelyn is a sweet, very friendly, beautiful soul. I have not checked out her class yet, but definitely still on the list!

Extreme Hip Hop Step Aerobics is my personal favorite way to burn calories! High energy, beginner friendly, and fire playlists songs that keeps the vibes going the entire workout! There are free classes open to the public and some require a YMCA membership. If you see a class you’d like to try at the YMCA, reach out to one of the instructors tagged and they can point you in the direction for a free onetime guest pass!

Run club w/ “Louisville Runs” on THURSDAYS. Follow their page & join their group me in the bio for additional info! ⚡️🩷

Another Step Aerobics class located in central Louisville at the South Louisville Community Center! Tickets are $10 and a post workout drink is included with your ticket purchase! 🔥
HIGH energy, friendly people, cute color themes for workouts and a playlist that keeps the vibes at a 10!!! Highly recommend!

The Pit Stop Runners Club hosts scenic walking and run routes with the community in Nulu starting from Cherry pickin’! Totally FREE! They do group stretches before every take off. The routes are usually followed in the Strava app and they always post if cancelled due to weather. So make sure you follow their account. You also get 20% off a drink after class! 🧋🏃🏽‍♀️🚶🏽‍♀️

Fit club offers weekly workouts located in Jeffersonville Indiana! Friendly people & Beginner friendly ❤️‍🔥

Every project is another step forward.

I’ve been creating content alongside my brother @j3iam and @drillstodreams for years, and watching the vision grow into what it is today has been incredible. Being trusted to help bring that vision to life through my camera is something I’ll never take for granted.

@houstondiditmedia

What started as capturing moments has evolved into building campaigns that tell a story. Every shoot pushes us to raise the standard—stronger concepts, cleaner lighting, sharper composition, and visuals that make people stop scrolling.

Proud of how far we’ve come, even more excited about where we’re headed. Appreciate you always believing in me, bro. This is only the beginning. 🤝📸
