Meet John Bewley, Co-Owner of Pointman Construction.
After 13 years with DC’s Metropolitan Police Department, including federal task force and plainclothes work, John now leads luxury residential remodels across DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia alongside fellow veterans Eric and Jaylyn.

Me and John shared fighting holes downrange. We shared some of the worst days of our lives—death, kills, fear, exhaustion, and moments where making it home was never guaranteed. But we never doubted that if we did make it home, we were going to fucking make something of our lives.

It takes time to adjust. It takes time to figure out who the fuck you are after everything changes. Veteran or not, if you’ve been through some shit, keep fucking going. Life has stages, and some of them will damn near break you—but never let a bad chapter make you doubt the man or woman you’re becoming.

Pulled the boat up to the dock on a Sunday just to chill with my business partners. Next thing you know, I’m on the phone in some booty shorts, a flannel and a hat, with some little kid next to me yelling his ass off—and I’m closing the biggest deal I’ve ever closed in my life.

No office. No suit. No perfect setting. No fucking excuses.
