Ok, now we start digging deeper into detail with moving defenders ‼️

What paths are defenders taking to cut off angles and close windows? Here we understand the rules of the defense and how they have to use each other to cover.
If we understand principles of the defense, we can choose which angles to take to create bigger windows for the QB.

First concept : Shallow Dig vs 2 Defenders

Second concept: Dig vs Man or Zone (WR Reading)

Third concept: Levels vs Cover 2 & 3

Fourth concept: WR Option Route (Curl, In, out) vs Man or Zone

Defensive concept: Disguise, cover space, react to releases, understanding help

These drills are really helping EVERYONE! It's a learning process that unlocks your awareness and teaches the game in detail by creating a realistic setting.

AK Wide Receiver Training Academy
A school for Wide Receivers to Master their craft...

Today's Lesson is tracking and object whether it's a ball or a Frisbee ‼️

Why a Frisbee? It floats and challenges your hand eye coordination and the timing of the jump‼️🎮🕹

Later in the Session we transition to catching 2 footballs! What you see are the goods reps, we had a lot of terrible ones, but hey that's why it's a Training Session and not practice. You're supposed to be challenged and taught.
