I've been working with Jared for a little over 6 months! He has been focusing on running and has a goal to qualify for the Boston marathon. Regular BodyWork sessions have helped Jared recover faster, get stronger and avoid injuries, so he can perform his best on race days!

Jareds PRs:
Marathon 3:07
Half marathon 1:22
Half Ironman 5:06

“Sam has worked on / strengthened my calves, so now I can actually run without them tightening up 24/7” - @j_footey

Blessed to have an able body, blessed to have resilience and direction, blessed to experience
today.
.
If I know one thing for sure, it’s that there are no coincidences with God. 2 days ago I was studying Corinthians asking the Lord how I could compete to glorify him and what he wanted me to do this weekend, and lo and behold I turned the page it spoke about “how to run a race.” I got a good giggle out of that, and 1 Corinthians 9:24 states “Don’t you know that runners in a stadium all race, but only one receives the prize? Run in such a way to win the prize.” - the imperishable crown (glorification of God and honor for the temple/body we have been gifted with in this life.
.
Life is so incredibly beautiful and we are capable of doing MUCH more than our brain convinces us of, and the strength of God is more than sufficient enough to uphold us through challenges. Luke 1:37 - “For with God, nothing will be impossible.” No matter the outcome of each competition/race - I am grateful to have the ability to perform and wake up each day attempting to be better than yesterday. Me vs. me always.
.
Grateful, for my family, friends, and support/encouragement I have felt during this time.
.
Grateful for @easy.sports.nutrition for setting me up so well for this race/training cycle and heavily impacting my life and relationship with fueling my body overall. This gift has been priceless. I’m forever grateful and cannot express that enough. I cannot wait to see what the future holds and the sky is the limit! ❤️
.
Had fun pretending to be an endurance athlete for a bit - time to head back to my roots and the next adventure. Lots on the way. On to the next one!!! As always, please know you are loved and you matter so much. #988 #mentalhealthawareness

The joy isn’t in the destination, it’s the journey it takes to get there. When we run, lift, sweat and suffer together, we grow together. We keep moving forward and stacking bricks, one day at a time 🧱💪🏼📈
