Next Friday on Drive by Jordan, I sit down with my physical therapy school classmates as we discuss our different journeys before PT school, surviving the grind, and where life has taken us after graduation.

We also dive into life outside of work—traveling, having fun, balancing it all, and the experiences that have shaped us along the way.

Whether you’re thinking about PT school, in the middle of the journey, or just enjoy real conversations about life, this is an episode you won’t want to miss! 🚀

Oh, how time flies! This month’s recap is a special appreciation post.

In May 2025, I embarked on a new journey and launched my website. It’s hard to believe that an entire year has already passed!

I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported, encouraged, and followed along on this journey. Your support has meant so much to me, and I couldn’t have done it without you.

Thank you for being part of this milestone and for helping make this first year so memorable. Here’s to many more to come! 🙏🏾🎂🎊 #DrJ #theptcentricdpt #celebration

Last month I taught a CPR/First Aid lab focused on real-world skills, including how to tape for injuries like sprains and edema. It was an interactive, hands-on session, and I even let a few students practice their taping techniques on me! #theptcentricdpt #professor #physicaltherapist

Recently, I’ve been getting a lot of questions from undergraduate students who are preparing to apply to PT school. In our first meeting, we went over this quick prep checklist, which helps them focus on the items they may still need to complete before applying. #theptcentricdpt #drj #doctorofphysicaltherapy #ptschool
