One thing I’ve learned is that confidence doesn’t come from constantly telling yourself you can do something. It comes from actually doing it.

It’s easy to talk about the person you want to become, the goals you want to achieve, and the life you want to build.

But at some point, you have to stop waiting until you feel ready and start taking action.

Whether it’s in the gym, business, or life, every time you push yourself outside your comfort zone, you’re proving to yourself that you’re capable of more than you thought.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need to be willing to start.

Stop waiting for confidence. Build it. 🏁

It all connects.

The way you take care of yourself.
The discipline you build.
The rooms you put yourself in.
The relationships you create.
The people you choose to learn from.

I used to look at all of these as separate parts of life, but the more I grow, the more I realize they all compound into one thing: who you become.

You can chase the money, the career, the physique, the network, but none of it matters if you’re not becoming someone capable of handling what you’re asking for.

Still learning. Still growing. Still building.

Invest in yourself first. Everything else follows. 📈🚀

Build in your 20s so your 30s can feel like freedom.

I think one of the biggest mistakes we can make when we’re young is believing we have unlimited time.

Your 20s are a season where you can take risks, make mistakes, learn, build, fail, adjust, and keep going. You have something incredibly valuable on your side right now: time.

And I don’t want to waste it.

I’d rather sacrifice some comfort today to create more choices tomorrow. I’d rather put in the late nights, early mornings, uncomfortable conversations, long days, and years of learning now than wake up later wishing I would’ve started sooner.

Because the goal was never just money.

It’s freedom.

Freedom to control my time.
Freedom to take care of my family.
Freedom to travel without asking permission.
Freedom to pursue the things I actually care about.
Freedom to build a life around my priorities instead of fitting my life around a paycheck.

And I know none of that happens overnight.

Right now is the building season.

Some days there won’t be applause. Some days the results won’t match the effort. Some days you’ll wonder if all the work is even worth it.

Keep building anyway.

The decisions you make today are creating the life you’ll eventually wake up to.

Temporary sacrifice. Long-term freedom.

I’m betting on my future self. 🚀

6th annual golf trip in the books. Didn’t take very many pictures this year, was trying to just enjoy the weekend off. Eagle eye, Stoatie Brae, Stonehedge South and the medalist.

🥉in @wickedpicklemi Beat the Heat Open Moneyball Division. Lost a tough game in semis but was able to rally and grab some hardware and cash in the end. I put a ton of time and promotion into getting this tournament off the ground. I am thankful to everyone who came out and supported/played. Shoutout @jack_swan89 for always being a solid partner and friend.

You don’t become exceptional by doing something extraordinary once.

You become exceptional by doing the ordinary things consistently.

Prove them wrong.
Choose discipline.
Repeat.
