Over this past year, my husband and I were blessed with an opportunity not just to build a business, but to become people worthy of leading others.

We learned that leadership isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about creating a place where people feel they belong, know they’re valued, are supported, and have room to grow into who they’re meant to become.

I came here to build a business. I leave grateful for the family we built along the way.

In four days, I’ll leave for the Army. As excited as I am for what’s ahead, it’s hard to step away from a team and community that have become family. I can’t help but wonder if I did enough—if I left a lasting impact, if the people around me truly know how much they matter.

This season has stretched me in ways I never expected. It exposed my weaknesses so I could grow through them. It taught me to stay when things got uncomfortable instead of running. It taught me to celebrate the small daily wins when the big ones felt far away. Most of all, it reminded me that leadership has never been about building something impressive—it’s about building people.

If the people I had the privilege to lead leave believing in themselves a little more, feeling a little more seen, and knowing they mattered, then I’d say this season was worth every challenge.

To my team, our customers, and everyone who’s become part of this journey—thank you. You gave me far more than I could have ever given you. I’ll carry this season with me wherever I go.

Strong parents raise strong kids—not just in body, but in character.
When children see us choosing health, discipline, and joy, those choices shape them for life.

Jack and his wife have been on a long journey toward healthier living. Jack shared that he started at 300 lbs and continues pursuing strength and longevity for his family. His son loves watching him train and proudly joins in—proof that example speaks louder than words.

Caring for our health honors the life we’ve been given and the responsibility of leading the next generation well.

🤍Families: choose health together. Build strength—inside and out. #family #smallbusiness #health #kids
