Just last year on my birthday, I was sitting in a cell… watching my dreams fade “like Mike, 4th quarter, tie game.”

At that point, I didn’t know what my future looked like. A lot of people counted me out, and honestly, some days I counted myself out too.

Fast forward to now—I’m back home with my kids, working with incredible people, even some of my favorite Artist. To go from feeling forgotten to being trusted with opportunities like this—it’s something I’ll never take for granted.

But let me be real… it’s not all figured out. I’m still grinding, still learning, still fighting through the setbacks. I’ve got a long way to go before I get to where I really want to be.

What I do have now is hope, purpose, and the chance to wake up every day and try again. And that alone means more to me than anything. 🙏🏾
