They Could’ve Slept In… But They Chose to Level Up.

This summer, 3 of our middle school athletes made training a priority.

Despite full schedules—and even summer jobs—they committed to getting better.

✅ Built explosive strength
✅ Gained speed + power
✅ Developed contact-ready bodies
✅ Built real confidence
✅ Finished stronger, safer, and ready for fall sports

Their parents trusted us with their development—and their results proved that trust was placed in the right hands.

💥 Fall Training Camp starts next week.
Enrollment is officially OPEN—and spots are limited.

📩 DM us or hit the link in bio to book your FREE performance consultation and claim your athlete’s spot.

Let’s get to work.

BATTLE IN THE TRENCHES – SHOCKERS SHOW OUT AT DE LA SALLE!

This past weekend, the Starts Up Front 5v5 OL vs DL Trench War Tournament lit up the field at De La Salle High School – and it was nothing short of a WAR in the trenches!

Linemen from all over came to compete in a true iron-sharpens-iron environment. With a focus on skill, discipline, and toughness, offensive linemen got to sharpen their technique under the guidance of the elite Starts Up Front staff. On the defensive side, the D-Line brought the pressure with non-stop energy and technical work, all led by the father-son coaching duo Enoch Smith Sr. and Jr.

The 5v5 format gave linemen the spotlight they deserve – high-tempo reps, nonstop action, and a platform to DOMINATE.

When the smoke cleared and the dust settled, two programs rose to the top:
The Starts Up Front Shockers and Midwest Boom walked away as champions in an intense final showing that proved why linemen are the backbone of the game!

A huge shoutout and THANK YOU to the coaching staffs from University of Chicago-Woodlawn Charter School and Disney Magnet School for coming out to support and celebrate the big boys in the trenches!

NEXT UP:
Get locked in for the Starts Up Front 5v5 OL vs DL Regional Tournament Championship on May 17, 2025 at De La Salle High School!
• Registration: $40
• Sign up at: www.startsupfront.com under “Group Training”
• Questions? Call: 773-556-5511

Let’s continue to show love to the trench warriors — where REAL football starts.
