This year, I didn’t want a big party. I wanted to celebrate another year of life doing something that has changed me from the inside out…surrounded by people I love, pushing ourselves to be stronger together💪🏼
Because getting older isn’t something to fear. It’s a privilege. Every year brings more wisdom, more gratitude, more confidence, and a deeper appreciation for the people who show up for you, cheer for you, and do life alongside you.

At 39, I’m stronger than I’ve ever been, not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. The woman I am today was built through challenges, growth, faith, hard work, and a whole lot of learning along the way.

To all the ladies who came out to celebrate with me, THANK YOU for choosing sweat over sleep😂Your love and support means more than you know🥹You made this birthday one I’ll never forget🖤
