OTM Wedding 💍 @miamiheat center @vgoldin__50 and @camryngoldinn wed in a tropical, Florida-inspired celebration, a nod to meeting as @floridaatlantic student athletes. 🏀

After exchanging vows, the ballroom reception unfolded with signature cocktails that played on their backgrounds and love for the @NBA as well as custom hats with their new last name for guests to party in.

Men of the Athletic Community,
2021-2026

One of the most fun parts of my job the past few years has been the increased exposure to athletes who have won Olympic medals, Super Bowl MVPs, coached Hall of Famers, or made some other memorable impacts in their particular sport. More than anything else, it's a crash course in how deeply human they are. I've seen some in their extremely modest college living situation, or wolfing down Chik-fil-a, or fall in front of our cameras doing something they can otherwise do with their eyes closed. Once you witness those moments, it wipes away the celebrity veneer real quick. I'm not an autograph seeker or a selfie guy, and experiencing those relatable moments with these guys makes such fandom actions all the more ridiculous to consider. Rather, my goal with each interaction going forward is to simply approach them like they're anyone else, since their normal is to be elevated on a pedestal or treated with kid gloves. If, in the limited amount of time I have access to them, they walk away with a positive experience and don't feel like they checked off an obligatory chore, I consider the job done well.
