even though our season ended last week, soccer still deserved a proper goodbye

i’ve played soccer for fun for most of my life but i never really loved the sport until my high school season. even tho my ankles hate me for playing, i’ll forever appreciate everything soccer has shown me. it has taught me much more beyond the sport itself, ive learned teamwork and perseverance and so much more. ill never forget the friendships ive made and being able to share the field with my sister for my first two years. although i was never able to complete a full season without an injury, im so glad i was able to be a part of the team the last 3 years. thank you everyone who helped me along the way.
