Friends, I’m sorry I’ve been so silent online minus the regular chiropractic content... It’s not because I’ve had nothing to say, I’ve needed my hurting heart to get right. But if we’ve been together in person, we’ve talked about the elephant in the room. I probably cried.🫣 It’s been my amazing staff (love you ladies) and gratitude that has been saving me. Gratitude for the memories we’ve had the opportunity to share. The multitudes of moments that has constructed the life I’ve cherished. I’ve put this off and off and off thinking maybe just maybe my prayers will be answered. Maybe just maybe this will all work out. In the end, it wasn’t meant to be. At least not in the way I hoped. Letting go of this season of my life has been the hardest pivot of all. My life’s work has been loving your growing families. Being stary eyed over your little bundles of stardust once they were born. Celebrating your pregnancy announcements. Crying with you in your heaviest moments. Cheering you on with a promotion or an engagement. Connecting with you over the pressures of busy motherhood and teething babies. How do I let go of this part of my life? How do I walk away from something I love so much? In this place, I’ve found my people. I have the best job in the entire world I think- it’s grown me, stretched me, asked so much out of me, but goodness did it ever constantly fill my cup! What an absolute honor it has been. Thank you so much for entrusting me with your health and your care. It has been the honor of my life to serve you and yours. This week will be my last week in practice in Lubbock. I would love to hug your neck one more time. What’s next?? To be continued…

With our spring semester kickoff this week I've been remembering and reminiscing on all my time with @delight_lcu and feeling so grateful for the way that God has used this ministry to bless me so incredibly. It has been the sweetest community and full of the most encouragement and conviction. I so deeply believe that God has always intended us to surround ourselves with likeminded people who will join us in pursuit of Him and His character and Delight has truly been the greatest gift of friendship and discipleship and I'm so excited to move into this next semester of study and growth. Shoutout to all my LCU/Lubbock girlies, if you're free Monday night, come see what it's all about 💕

You didn’t just attend Orlando. You showed us who you are. Leadership isn’t loud. It’s consistent. It shows up before it’s asked.

Just a few pics of where I see God: ——— I see God in so many places, things, and people. I see Him in long walks spent catching up with sweet friends. I see Him in beautiful sunrises & sunsets. I see Him in the ability to craft and paint. I see Him in my husband, friends, and family. I see Him in simple things like coffee dates, flowers, the ability to work out, my dog, snow days, and naps. He is in all things and He is the creator of all things. The more you look for Him, the more you’ll see Him. And the more you seek Him, the more you’ll truly know Him. And all He wants is to know YOU! Because He deeply loves you. Where do you see God? “You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart.” ‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭29‬:‭13‬ ‭ ““Worthy are you, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they existed and were created.”” ‭‭Revelation‬ ‭4‬:‭11‬ ‭ “Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you.” ‭‭James‬ ‭4‬:‭8‬
