We talk about form a lot and that’s because it is SO important. We love that our instructors are there reminding us the correct way to do things, sometimes walking around checking on us and sometimes it’s verbal reminders during each workout. It’s nothing to be embarrassed about if you need help! They’re just looking out for you!❤️

Tip Tuesday! My tip today is about STARTING your fitness journey! First step is deciding you want to start and a good way to do that is BOOKING YOUR CLASSES. I like to see things on my calendar if it on my calendar I’m going to do it! 2 is being realistic! If you are new you probably won’t start going every day (you totally can!) but you that’s up to you! My 3rd tip is inviting someone or telling someone! It can be easy to turn off the alarm clock and go back to sleep but if you have a gym buddy you’ll be less likely to bail on the class and your friend!
