We wanted to give a shoutout to part of our college crew heading to back to school / moving in for the first time at their respective colleges!

Mason will be attending Drake University as a WR 🐶

Melvin will be attending Ellsworth College as a Linebacker 🧨

Jack will be heading back to St. Thomas University in his sophomore season as a QB 🎯 (P.S.: Sorry Jack for not grabbing a picture!)

Mason, Melvin, and Jack work extremely hard and they all have massive futures ahead of them! We are super excited to follow all their journeys and wish them the best of luck! Keep grinding fellas! 🥩

Why do we use “Flying 10’s” in our sprint programming?

- Training Max Velocity

It’s important to sprint at max speeds to help raise your ceiling for speed!

- Exposing our athletes to max sprint speeds is crucial to be ready for any competition.

- High CNS Demand with little volume

This means we can do 4-6 max sprints and get a ton out of them!

It’s important to always have some variation of sprinting in your program and to train speed often!
