How Clean Bandit’s Jack Patterson produced "Rockabye"

In this studio breakdown, Clean Bandit’s Jack Patterson opens up the Ableton project file for "Rockabye" (feat. Sean Paul & Anne-Marie) to show how he crafted that signature dancehall-pop groove. From layering the tropical synth leads to structuring the driving percussion beneath Anne-Marie's emotional vocals, seeing a master producer break down a multi-billion stream hit is pure inspiration!

Clean Bandit’s ‘Rockabye’ racking up 5 billion streams across platforms needs to be studied.

Almost 10 years on from hitting the Christmas number one spot on the @officialcharts and this song is still going strong!

“ Ça fait combien de temps qu’on ne s’est pas vus? Dix ans? Huit ans? Un truc comme ça?! » Probably. “Can you walk, please?” Probably. “On prend un verre la semaine prochaine? » Oui, carrément.
Despicable nuisance of perpetual trending stagnation, fashionably titled stability, undoubtedly resonates Tara’s Jean Nordbrock choice.
Who dares to debate the ultimately right solution of Hers? Women.
Miraculous, ravishing, unswerving.
As Eglantine Jebb, founder of Save The Children organization, the staggering inspiration and guidance of breathtakingly majestic @gabrielahearst ‘s fall winter 2026 collection, as @mariechristinestatz , who explores and explains “mass and void” , accompanying reflection with sensually happily unhinged “hehehe and hahaha” melody, as @lia.pavlova with unparalleled external beauty, who mastered unapologetically conscientious maturity, as @raetemily , Mother and Designer, who’s dreamlike creations are suspiciously too scientifically calculated and vocal messages are conspicuously too long to be x1 speed enjoyable, as @gracechatto , Cambridge alumni, who’s Russian language proficiency Lermontov would have described as «Есть сила благодатная
В созвучье слов живых,
И дышит непонятная,
Святая прелесть в них.»
As Stroganova Elena Alekseevna, living proof that God is a Woman.
As Tara Jean Nordbrock. 1988 - 2026
