The Jimma I played at the beginning of Coven 1934 is not the same character as the Jimma who stood opposite her wife at the end of the game. I think that’s what I loved most about this LARP- getting to have my character go through a transformation over two days of gameplay and not only discovering things about the world she lived in but also more about herself.

This game run by @jackalopelarp STILL lives in my head rent free, and they have opened casting for Run 2! If you would be interested in a 2-day rural corruptive horror LARP with vibes of creeping dread, creatures that lurk in the dark, and dust you just can’t shake off- I definitely encourage you to check them out!

My updated schedule for September through December! As always, there’s always the possibility that my event calendar may change last minute (I am disabled and life can be unpredictable) but these are what I know I have lined up!

Renaissance Rumpus is next weekend in Old Town Spring from 11am to 3pm and it is a free event being put on by @ots_merchant_association ! I will be at Trilogy Brew hosting a panel about trinket trading at 1pm, and the rest of the time I will be at my table. Visit me for trinket trading!!!

On top of that, I will be at @texrenfest for three weekends this season! (1001 Dreams, All Hallow’s Eve, and Celtic Christmas.) If you want a 10% discount off of single day tickets, you can use code TRF2026.

Then we have the wonderful masquerade ball I will be attending on the 24th hosted by @mysticmeadowsevents - I am so beyond excited for this, and the venue is near the Texas Renaissance Festival! If you have been looking for a spooky vampire themed masquerade, I highly recommend checking them out as tickets are limited! You can use code MASK for a discount on tickets.

My final LARP of this year will be The Night In Question in November. This LARP is an officially licensed Vampire: The Masquerade horror LARP run by @jackalopelarp , and I could not be more excited. This company is who made me fall in love with horror LARPs, and they ran the first LARP I attended of theirs with such love and care that I immediately knew I would be coming back for more.

And lastly we have the two conventions I will be attending in December! @animefrontiertx in Fort Worth, and @holidaymatsuri in Orlando! I have submitted panels to both, so fingers crossed. 🤞🏻😂 This year is the second year I am an ambassador for Anime Frontier, so if you would like 3$ off your badge head to the link in my 🔗🌳! (The link will automatically apply the discount.)

Will I see you at any of these events? 👀

Here's a look into my (very vampire themed) Fall 2026 event calendar ✨
I'm super grateful to still have some incredible (LARP) events planned for the upcoming months. I enjoyed a few quieter months to take it easy but now, let's hype things up again 🙂‍↕️

OCT 24 I'll be attending the third Danse Macabre session by @oneiroslarp. If you're curious about this one, check out my latest YouTube video!

NOV 1 I'm hoping to attend @factsconvention. I haven't fully locked this one in yet but I will always have a soft spot for going to gaming conventions as a cosplayer.

NOV 21 I'll be traveling to Texas and attending The Night In by @jackalopelarp. They're truly one of my favorite LARP studios out there and I'm so incredibly curious to experience my first TNIQ (as a human)! If you want to join me on this quest, you can still sign up.

DEC 12 I'll be going to Dumpster Pyre and while it is also vampire themed, it's going to be quite a different experience. I'll be larping as a person who plays vampire LARP 🥴 Super curious about this new experience.

What's an event that's in your Fall 2026 calendar? Did I miss something good? Let me know ☺️
➡️ Want me to make content at your event? Message me!

Let's go make those memories.

Going from playing a mother who would do anything to protect her family at the last LARP I attended to a recent high school grad who is burnt out and ✨done with everything✨- this is going to be so much fun. 😂 Maybe eventually I’ll play a character who isn’t so stressed out. 💀

I can’t wait for The Night In Question in November! It’s going to be a night to remember for sure. 😏 (If you want to know more about that you can check out @jackalopelarp !)

For more details - and to grab your tickets! - check out @jackalopelarp and hit up their website. See you in Texas, Kindred.

I'm attending my first @jackalopelarp event, The Night in Question, this November!

Join me in the coming months as I share my journey attending the blockbuster Vampire the Masquerade Sabbat LARP. ❤️‍🔥

Fitting as this also falls right into a particular Sabbat story I'm telling in my Vampire the Masquerade actual play... 🩸

My character Rowan thinks she’s just attending a sketchy rave to escape the pressures and expectations set for her by her parents… but little does she know, she’s actually walking into a trap set by vampires who will ensure the night is more “transformative” than anyone could have ever imagined.

On Saturday I got my character assignment for The Night In Question (run by the wonderful team at @jackalopelarp ), and I am SO EXCITED. 😂

The Night In Question is an officially licensed horror/splatterpunk LARP set in the World of Darkness. It’s fully immersive, and by the end of the night there WILL be blood on the dance floor. If you want to know more about The Night In Question, check out Jackalope LARP Studios’ page and website! There are still tickets available for the upcoming game in November and it’s going to be a great time.

I’ll be posting more about this character as I put her outfit together and finish making fangs for the game, so stayed tuned for that! 😂

A bloody good time at a vampire rave in Texas? Sign me up! 🔥

Thrilled that @jackalopelarp is making it possible for me to attend The Night In Question, their horror splatterpunk Sabbat LARP set in the World of Darkness.

You know I'm a sucker for all things vampires.
I will reveal more on the event and my character soooon 👀

Love for her family… love for her wife… all of it was done for love. Love pushed her to make that deal and it was love that held the pen to paper and signed that contract.

If only she hadn’t loved so much… maybe then she wouldn’t have lost herself in the process…

•~•~•
Character: Jimma Maxwell
Origin: Coven 1934 (run by @jackalopelarp )

Her story was one of a human struggling against forces she didn’t understand. She was playing a game she didn’t even know about until it appeared like she had lost… and then she made the decision to sign a contract in an attempt to protect her family without realizing that she still had the opportunity to turn the game around on it’s head.

In the end, everything she tried to prevent happened anyway. She sacrificed it all for love… and nothing ended the way she wanted it to.

Jimma Maxwell is not an OC of mine. She is a character written for Coven 1934, an original IP slowburn horror LARP created and run by Jackalope Live Action Studios. I had the honor of playing her during the first run of this game, and they have since announced a second run! I will be attending their VTM LARP (The Night In Question) this November. ☺️
