“Join us this Wednesday for a magical evening of movement, sound, sunset, and community.”

Align & Unwind: Sunset Yoga + Sound Bath . 🌅🤍🧘‍♀️💫

Wednesday, August 12 th
7:00–8:30 PM

📍 Anna Maria Island
With Angela & Tatiana

Join us as the sun melts into the Gulf and we welcome an evening of gentle movement, mindful breath, meditation, and immersive sound healing.

The energy of August 12 invites us to balance inner strength with joyful self-expression. The vibration of the 8 encourages abundance, resilience, and personal empowerment, while the 3 reminds us to open our hearts, share our light, and embrace the simple joy of being fully present.

Together, we’ll release what no longer serves us, restore balance, and leave feeling grounded, peaceful, and renewed beneath the colors of the sunset.

✨ Please bring:
• Yoga mat or beach towel
• Water
• Anything that helps you feel comfortable
• An open heart

Love offerings are gratefully accepted.

Come breathe with us, move with the waves, and allow the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, the gong and the ocean to carry you into deep relaxation.

We can’t wait to share another magical sunset with you!

Location: Anna Maria Island

Take Manatee Ave all the way to the end and you will come to the public parking lot. When facing the Gulf, go to the right side past the volleyball courts toward street marker 43rd street. There is a bench there as well.

You can also park at the Church of the Annunciation, 4408 Gulf Drive, and take the path across the street to the beach. You will find us there gathered in the sand. All you need is a towel or mat, water, and an open heart! Love offerings accepted.

“Join us this Wednesday for Sunset Yoga & Sound Healing on Anna Maria Island.” 🧘‍♀️🌅🌊🤍

Wednesday, July 15
7:15–8:30 PM
📍 Anna Maria Island

“Soften….Surrender….Shine….”
🤍💫🌅🧘‍♀️

Just days after the Full Moon, we enter a beautiful season of reflection and release. The moon gently reminds us that growth isn’t always about adding more to our lives—sometimes it’s about creating space for what truly matters.

Join us as we move through a gentle, all-levels yoga practice while the sun sets over the Gulf, followed by a deeply relaxing crystal singing bowl sound healing to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and nourish the soul.

As the sky changes colors and the waves roll onto the shore, allow yourself to soften into the present moment, surrender what no longer serves you, and reconnect with the light that has always lived within you.

✨ Everyone is welcome.
✨ No yoga experience is necessary.
✨ There is no charge to attend.
✨ Love offerings are gratefully accepted and deeply appreciated.

Bring a yoga mat or beach towel, water, and anything that helps you feel comfortable as we share an evening of movement, meditation, community, and peace beneath the beautiful Anna Maria Island sunset.

We can’t wait to share this magical evening with you.

With love,
Angela and Tatiana 🤍🧘‍♀️🌅
