Everyone stop what you’re doing and go congratulate my beautiful girlfriend, @jackaraptorrr

She is officially done with her MFT program.

Darling, I’ve watched you battle through every form of academic sorcery this program had to offer. I’ve seen you excited, locked in, wildly stressed, and occasionally reduced to a weeping Victorian woman who has just discovered a ghost in the parlor.

But alas, you did it.

This was no small task, and I’m so damn proud of you for sticking with it, pushing through, and turning into the therapist you were clearly meant to be.

Watching you grow into this has been genuinely amazing. You are thoughtful, brilliant, caring, and somehow even smarter now, which is both impressive and slightly irritating.

These last few years may have been absolute madness, but today, that chapter closes.

Congratulations, my love.

You will make a fine addition to the profession as a Marriage and Family Therapist. 🖤

There’s something different about hearing our songs on a stage like The Hangar at the @oc_fair .

When you write songs like these, you imagine hearing them through big speakers, on big stages, in rooms like this.

Thank you to everyone who came out and all the new friends we met that day.

See you August 22nd back in Hollywood at @thecatscrawl

Tickets in bio 🤘

'Venom' was written about the things we know are destroying us, but can't seem to walk away from.

Whether it's addiction, a toxic relationship, self-destruction, or a vice we've convinced ourselves we need, sometimes the hardest thing isn't recognizing the poison... it's letting it go.

We often mistake dependence for love, comfort for healing, and familiarity for safety.

The truth is, some of us get so used to the venom that we forget what life felt like before it.

If you've ever found yourself trapped in a cycle you knew wasn't good for you, this song is for you.

2025 Music Highlights!

Happy New Year everyone! 2025 was such a crazy year where so many of my goals came true! From getting to play more epic shows at epic venues like The District, Rockefellas, CreepIE Con, and getting to play at legendary venues like The House of Blues and The Whisky. But what was truly the best part of my musical journey this year was getting to play music with so many amazing people. Shoutout to my epic band mates, my friends in the music scene, and the epic bands who let me fill in for them this year Slanderus and Havoc Faction and all the epic people in The 4 J’s!Sharing the stage with you all has been my greatest honor! Can’t wait to keep this momentum going into 2026!!

Delayed post, but I finally gathered everything from the Vixen live showcase.
I grew up dancing, and I burned out before I even reached high school. I walked away before seeing how good it could really become.

I don’t remember ever being this obsessed with dance, or feeling this sense of community around it. Pole let me bring some of my old style back in a way I never thought I could. Grateful for the growth so far, and for everyone who shows up strong and endlessly encouraging. 💐

🎃 Two Halloween shows. Two wild nights. One hell of a weekend.

We kicked things off at @dbzbackstage in Corona with our hometown heroes, then took the chaos to @emocirque at the @flywaynightclub in Pomona. Both nights were fun, loud, and full of everything we love about this season: friends, music, and madness.

Halloween hits different when you’re onstage with the people who live and breathe it right beside you.

🖤 Huge love to everyone who came out and made it unforgettable. Stay tuned for more shows coming in November!
