Hi! Just a notice that I made a nudibranch themed knit top with the Moss in the Clouds pattern by @moshimo.knit and you too can make different sea slugs 🪸 Here’s some ideas I had 😮‍💨 Please name more nudibranchs for me to look at in the comments 🥹

Chelidonura varians: Make it with no ruffle, two triangluar panels in the back, and blue stripes!

Doriprismatica atromarginata: the butter yellow and the black edge would be sooOoOo cute 🥰

Costasiella kuroshimae: the sea sheep! Ugh, I just wanted to include it on the list 🥹

Triopha catalinae: make it similar to my top! I think adding lots of picots and orange buttons would make it

Dendrodoris nigra: Goth nudibranch 😤 make it as matte and as flouncy as possible!

my @jackasscollective themed tour de fleece spinning project comes to a close! 🎉

i have a previous post about all of my colour plans and highlights of all my progress as it happened!

the plan is to make a huge, cozy sweater or cardigan with these - pattern suggestions definitely welcome! 😻

I finished the #grannysquares out of the first skein of #selfstripingyarn ! I have now started with colourway number two! The yarn is from @mudpunch The bags are from @sewshannonyyc and the #miniminder and #lemonwoodwhirl is by @lemonwood.love I just got 4 skeins from @jackasscollective that I am considered as the border colour to connect the squares together, that could still change though 🤔 I have no real set plan and I feel like that is making it super engaging 👌

getting myself all set up for tour de fleece with team stash dashers for the second year in a row! this year i'm going to focus my spinning on the stunning @jackasscollective bfl braids i've lovingly accumulated 🤭

🌼 first i split each braid into four 25g pieces, then kept two of each together (first pic). this way i can spin 50g skeins of each colourway.

🌸 next, i took the loose 25g bunches and mixed them up to my heart's desire (second pic). this gave me thirteen 50g franken-colourways!

row 1: alien, purple people, starry night, hydrangea
row 2: space aged, love bug, leo, dragons egg, feelin blue
row 3: fairy floss, radioactive, momma bear, potion

i'm excited to see how much i can spin each day! my tentative plan is to knit each day for the length of one xena: warrior princess episode.
