"How lucky are we to be exhausted from doing something we love."

MTCA ‘26

After two days of competition and two days of walking around theme parks, I am so tired but I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Safe to say my first year of MTCA was a success. I came home with 3rd place in the Vocal Duet category with my sigma, Ava 🫶

I’m so grateful to Ava for bringing me onto this team, and to the rest of you for being so kind and welcoming. I’ve made friendships I never thought would happen and memories I will cherish forever.

To our amazing director, Shari thank you for believing in me.

To our incredible mentors and choreographers, Anthony and Jack thank you for helping us tell this story through movement.

And to the rest of the group: you’ve become some of my best friends. You better believe we’re coming back next year even better. I love you all so much.

– Johnny Cade

P.S. This is me officially claiming my original SGT cast member card ✊
