I’ve learned that this is the part of training I love most. Not necessarily the weight or the number of reps, just getting deep into a set and seeing how much fight is actually there.

Pendulum squats do make me question that love occasionally.

Everything’s in place, growing & evolving as it’s meant to and I couldn’t be happier.

I don’t say that because I expect everything around me to be ‘the best’ ever in order for me to be happy, but I’ve been able to let go of certain things that have weighed heavily on me and step into new seasons, and what feels like a fresh start with a clean slate. I’m seeing what God has in store for me with my business, future & purpose and have recognized why the storms were necessary.

What we see as failures are simply just teachers. They can be costly and painful, but there is so much value in each lesson when we choose to conquer the trying times. It’s a choice to be forged, to showcase your genuine character, and to become more of who you’re meant to be.

The beauty is discovered when you decide to never quit and come out on top once you reach the other side.
