Pi Kappa Alpha at Purdue is proud of Brother Jack Butwin, who is serving as Vice President of Finance for Purdue University Dance Marathon (PUDM).

PUDM raises money for Riley Hospital for Children. Since 2005 it has raised more than $13 million for Riley and ranks among the top 10 dance marathons in the nation.

As VP of Finance, Jack is the organization’s treasurer. He also oversees all sponsorships, merchandise, and fundraising efforts. That includes Day of Miracles, a 24-hour fundraising push that brought in more than $160,000 this year.

Jack has been involved with PUDM at every level. He started as a committee member, then served as Pike’s Team Captain, then as the FSCL Executive, before stepping into his current role. His leadership and commitment show what Pike stands for, and we’re proud to call him our brother.

PUDM’s main event is on November 14th. It will celebrate Riley families and legacies and reveal the total raised this year. We encourage everyone to support the cause and follow @purduedancemarathon for updates.

4 years of hard work and dedication has been put in to help represent North Soccer. Although my journey wasn’t perfect, the mistakes I’ve made and the adversities I had to overcome ultimately made me a better player, teammate but most importantly a better man to those closest to me. I don’t know what comes next but I don’t regret any of this. I’ve been blessed to have made so many amazing friends these past 4 years. To my teammates that have been with me on this journey and coaches I did the best I could with the time that I had. And thank you for everything. But now my fight is over. #10 signing off
